Delivery Information

Ghdhair.com offers free next day delivery if you make your order between Monday to Thursday and before 6pm. This service is only available within the UK and uses Royal Mail tracked 24 and Parcel Force services (please note not every postcode is eligible for Next Day Delivery). If you order after 6pm on a Thursday or before 2pm on a Friday you will be entitled to free standard UK delivery, and have the option to upgrade to Guaranteed Saturday Delivery for a cost of £3.95. For guaranteed Saturday delivery, if ordered on Friday between 2pm and 5pm; it costs £11.95 for this last minute next day guarantee. For orders placed on Friday after 5pm, weekends and bank holidays you are also entitled to free Standard UK delivery.

Returns Policy

GHD rigorously checks their products before they ship them, but if a product arrives and it is faulty or defective you can return the item to GHD by completing their online return form and returning the product to GHD using their postage-paid label. The product must be placed in secure packaging (the original packaging and its contents are not needed), and must include a proof of purchase, a printed and filled in return form, and the pre-paid label should be attached to the outside. Any product returned within the warranty period (which is specific to each product) is entitled to a free return, but if it is outside the warranty period then GHD will not cover postage costs and you will not be entitled to a repair or replacement. Returns are usually handled within 14 days of receipt.
